Is there any way to get iron sights working with the camera mode since I only play in 1st person?
Or alternatively is there a way to get Enhanced Camera NVSE working properly with NVR? (With camera mode disabled ofc)

Camera mode has been finished in these days and also iron sights works properly.
You must wait the new release. It will be out for the middle of the month.
EC works with NVR, just disable the first person shadow in EC (and camera mode in NVR and set FoV to 0.0 to avoid NVR to manage the FoV).
