Guards and other random NPCs nude

So pretty much the title, When ever I use the oblivion reloaded mod nearly all of the guards I run into are nude. If I uninstall the mod then they all go back to wearing their armor. And just to make sure the armor wasn't just disappearing I killed a few guards and the armor was in their inventories they were just not wearing it. anyone know about this and maybe have a fix?

there seems to be an issue in Equipment Mode. Try to turn it off. As I read correctly, Alenet is already investigating in this issue.

I can confirm turning equipment mode off stopped the issue

I was having crashes and nakey blades and after setting it to 0 the issues went away
