OR CTD at startup

I recently updated OR to the most recent version. I do NOT have ENB installed. It was working before the update. I have set bUseWaterShaders=0 in Oblivion.ini as well.
MessageLogger gives me the following errors:

Did I miss something? I can't find anything about those files on the internet.

you have a mod that edited/replaced the shaderpackages.
This is currently incompatible and unsupported.

Download the default shaderpackages from nexusmods
