Oblivion Reloaded ini file edits not affecting anything

I'm running OR 9.01 and as the title suggests, editing the Oblivion Reloaded ini file isn't doing anything in game. At first I just wanted to disable to dialogue camera thing, it was a small annoyance. Switching camera mode to a "0" didn't remove any of it's features. I got a little more annoyed at that and started changing everything in the ini, completely at random. NOTHING CHANGED.

Meanwhile using the in-game menu does work. Why is my OR ignoring it's ini file?

There shouldn't be an INI file with OR 9.x. The latest versions use an .config file which is harder to edit manually. Your best bet is to use the in-game menu and tune it through the .config file which should be in Data\OBSE\Plugins.
