Nevermind then. Or doesn't work so well with AMD graphics, but you're running Nvidia, so you're good. I'm out of advice for you. Like I said, I've never heard of the combination of issues you are experiencing. Something tells me it's a conflict with another/other mod(s). Troubleshoot. Strip LO, etc. Do you run ENB or ReShade. If so remove them.

Yea unfortunately it looks like the game is just broken, and it's not like at this point I even mind nuking it.
I just don't have the time or patience to be troubleshooting such a unique problem , and it's been so long since I last did anything with the game that I've forgotten the navigation pathways and where I last left off for troubleshooting.
Oh well :/

If you want to run AMD and get a good taste of OR, grab OR Lite. It fully supports AMD. I don't miss any of the features missing in OR Lite from OR. But your mileage may vary.
