8.4.0 lack files

Hello,
as I'm new here, I may do something wrong,
I downloaded 8.4.0 and there is no esp file or document files. Should I use files from 8.3.0 and replace files with 8.4.0?

OR is an OBSE plugin and doesn't come with an ESP. Documentation has been missing for a couple of releases. You can, however, find outdated documentation in one of the older releases.

Ok, thank you for a reply. 8.3.0 has an .esp file so that is why I asked.

Yeah, the need for an ESP was removed with version 8.4.0.
