So, longer story short, the ground in my immediate area turns blue when firing a weapon, whether or not I'm shooting or it's an NPC. Granted, I have the NVR camera turned off and I am using Enhanced Camera instead. No ILS, nothing like that - wondering what's doing it.

DISREGARD. ILS turned itself back on in MO2, but didn't show it. Restarted MO2 and it was on again. UGH.

Same problem, when I shoot at something the screen turn blue.
