No pants in cell New Game Start

Hello, been years since playing OB and discovered this mod when I decided to reinstall again. It is a new game and I only have this mod and Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul installed. Did Maskar's first and launched a new game and fine. PC is in the cell. Installed Reloaded and fine until I go into tab>menu and my character's legs are invisible. I take off pants and his underwear is invisible but his legs appear. I have validated BSA and textures in OBMM and I followed the ini settings provided here. Thoughts?

I have some feedbacks about this transparency issue for AMD users? Do you have an AMD video card?

Yes Radeon RX 590. So is this an inventory screen thing or can I expect this throughout the game? Thanks

Also notice in game settings won't save after a relaunch of game such as;


Specular Distance = 50% (right now at 100%)
MSAA = 4x (RECOMMENDED) (right now Off)
Some Fades aren't maxed either

Hello, i have a R9290X and i have same problem, cloth are transparent in interior and sometimes in exterior. Idk what to do, even in Vanilla + OR, i have this bug.

If settings are not saved, it does not depend on OR. Be sure to use the last release.

About the transparency, i cannot do anything at the moment because OR was built using NVIDIA.
I think it is easy to solve but i do not own an AMD video card to test it.
