Out of Memory crashes after removing "NewVegasReloaded.dll" Empty Out of Memory crashes after removing "NewVegasReloaded.dll"

I have a very odd problem and don't know how to solve it. Everytime I remove the NewVegasReloaded.dll my game crashes out of memory after a short time. As soon as i put the .dll file back where it was, the crashes stop.

I use NVR1.3.0. because the newer versions dont' work for me as intended
Excuse my bad english, I am from Germany.
