after installation, the game began to sag up to 25-30 frames, removing the mod everything is normalized, how can I properly configure the mod so that there are no drawdowns?

You are using the latest 3.4.1 version? I think the dynamic shadows added by NVR is the one tanking the framerate. You cannot disable it via the main ini. Look for the shadows.ini and disable it from there.
