darker nights with reloaded

Howdy pardners!
I'm currently building my load order for Frontier and this will be the first time I'm not using ENB since... forever!
Apparently weather mods for New Vegas are not compatible with Frontier so I need to find another way to make it harder to see at night.
I am considering a Reshade preset but I have little experience with that and even less experience with adding on post-processing effects on top of FNV Reloaded.
Any suggestions on how I can make my nights darker?

Change the coeffs for the night in NewVegasReloaded.ini.
CoeffNightR = 1.00
CoeffNightG = 1.00
CoeffNightB = 1.00
Example
CoeffNightR = 0.50
CoeffNightG = 0.50
CoeffNightB = 0.50
It will be 50% darker.
CoeffNightR = 1.00
CoeffNightG = 1.00
CoeffNightB = 1.00
Example
CoeffNightR = 0.50
CoeffNightG = 0.50
CoeffNightB = 0.50
It will be 50% darker.
