Version 8.3.2 Runtime crash

I'm running 8.3.2, with the latest Script Extender. I made sure to install the runtime installer. I open the game, load up a save, and it crashes when I get near water. Please help. Is there an error log I can send you to help?

Try to disable the equipment mode, it has some bugs i must fix.

Take a look into oblivionreloaded.ini:

[EquipmentMode]
Enabled                  = 0

Where should the INI be? I can't find it anywhere.

It should be under Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins.

Folder is empty.

Alright. Reinstalled everything from scratch using latest release. I tried jumping in the water and got the Visual C++ Runtime error.

So every file is on its place and Equipment mode disabled? - If yes, that's strange.

Did you also install the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Redistributable Package 2019 x86?

For testing: press "O" in-game, then an ingame-menu should appear (to adjust shaders, weather etc.). When this works OR should be installed well.

Is that a zero or the letter "O"?

Update: I double checked the equipment mode setting, make sure it was Zero. Ran the Visual C++ 2019 installer again, just to make sure. Gave everything a once over. The result is that it's working. I swam in different areas to make sure. Killed a few mudcrabs. Everything seems to be on the up and up. Thanks for your help and patience. Lookin forward to you getting the Equipment Mode fixed and working.
